Cancellation Policy

Please read our policy carefully to ensure you understand our terms and conditions. Booking and Payment Booking Process: All bookings must be made through our website byaliciabucknor.com. Once a booking request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. For workshops and consultations, we will follow up with additional details and any necessary preparatory information. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking for all services. Payments can be made via major credit cards, or PayPal through our secure online payment system. Prices for each service are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the session will not be refunded. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session will incur a 20% rescheduling fee. Refunds Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Services Live Painting: Specific details regarding the live painting session will be discussed upon booking. Any special requests or themes should be communicated at least one week in advance. Custom Portraits (Fashion, Couple, Family): Clients will be required to provide high-quality photos and any specific preferences during the booking process. A preliminary sketch will be provided for approval before the final artwork is completed. Custom Painting Workshops (Corporate, Private): Detailed agendas and materials needed for the workshop will be provided after booking confirmation. Workshops are designed to cater to the skill levels and interests of participants. Art Licence Consultation: Clients should prepare a list of questions and relevant materials to maximize the consultation session. Follow-up consultations can be booked separately if additional time is needed.
