ROYAL PAINT & SIP 2023 x Caribbean Royalty

The first Royal Paint & Sip was an immersive experience full of creative expression, self love and empowerment. I hand sketched 45 Canvases! 45 hand painted limited edition bags! It was my pleasure to put on a chic private paint party event for 45 Royal guests. Its my mission to bring an art wellness chic art experience into the black and brown community.

We ate, sipped, painted, laughed, chatted, gained a new friend, learned a new painting skill and we danced till our paintings were dry.

Let’s break down my look. My dress was from Zara, Straw slippers Zara, beautiful twist Hair style was by @revs_locs And lipgloss by @re_bellebeauty

The decor set the tone of the event. Tropical, vibrant, natural, chic. We couldn’t have pulled of this beautiful setup without decor sponsors @decorpoprentals and @getphotoprops there professional support , creativity and experience was essential.

The theme had our guests tap into themselves to revisit and reflect what dose Caribbean Royalty look and feel like? We challenged our guests to dress like Caribbean Royalty and they looked beautiful. We had a private fashion show to show off our best dressed finalists and giveaways to the best dressed guest sponsored by Braids and Fades salon @braidsandfades2020, Granny Kitchen Children story book by @stc_smith, Spicy hot sauce by @sadeshotsauce, a Wellness Gift set by @sajewellness (Fairview mall) and a Carnival filled bag complete with beach towel and graphic tee by @fetetings

The Food was catered by executive chef La-toya Flagon and team from Twist Catering @cheflatoyafagon

The Menu: The Twist catering team served up a Caribbean fest for our guests with plant based options and meat lovers options. The menu: Jerk chicken, garden salad, stew peas and rice, pepper fish and chow main noodles.

Let’s talk about the Sip! Our guests were gifted with unlimited water plus one shot of whatever vodka or wine of choice. Our VIP guests were treated to unlimited drinks: wine, juice and water.

Wip! I hand drew 45 canvases for each and every guest to feel specia. Each canvas sketch was unique.
